In accordance with California consumer protection laws, Unity of Arms provides the following refund and transfer policy. All students are required to review and acknowledge this policy at the time of registration.
A full refund will be issued if a written cancellation request, via email or text, is received no less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled course, training session, or event.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled course, or for failure to attend (no-shows), regardless of reason.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original form of payment within 7-10 days, less any non-refundable third-party processing fees, where permitted by law.
Each student is permitted one (1) complimentary transfer to another Unity of Arms course or session.
Transfer requests must be made before the 72-hour cancellation deadline.
Transferred courses must be completed within ninety (90) days of the original scheduled date.
Additional transfer requests may be denied or subject to an administrative fee.
Transfers are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
Due to the safety-critical nature of firearms training and in compliance with California range and instructor safety standards, Unity of Arms enforces a strict late arrival policy.
Students must arrive on time and be fully checked in prior to the scheduled start time of the course or session.
Late arrivals may be denied entry to the course at the instructor’s discretion.
Students who arrive late and are denied entry will be considered no-shows and are not eligible for a refund.
Late arrivals may request to use their one (1) complimentary transfer, provided it has not already been used and the request is made the same day.
Students who miss mandatory safety briefings, legal instruction, or range orientation will not be permitted to participate, regardless of reason.
No late entry permitted once a CCW course has begun, as required by curriculum standards and documentation accuracy.
Arrival times are strictly enforced to ensure compliance with California CCW training requirements.
In the event Unity of Arms cancels or reschedules a course due to instructor availability, low enrollment, range closure, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control, students will be offered the choice of a full refund or credit toward a future course, in compliance with California law.
By registering for any Unity of Arms course, private session, seminar, or event, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund, Transfer & Late Arrival Policy.
This policy applies to all services unless otherwise stated in writing.
